Over the last 10 years, I’ve realized how much I love sharing my knowledge and experience—whether with junior designers as a Creative Director, with students as an educator, or with business teams as a facilitator and consultant.
For me, leadership has always been a collaborative process. I don’t just tell people what to do; I roll up my sleeves, lead by example, and take responsibility—not only for successes but, more importantly, for when things don’t go as planned. This mindset defines the way I teach, facilitate, and coach teams, helping them grow not just in skill but in strategic thinking and adaptability.
One of my favorite moments in a workshop or classroom is when a team looks back at their work and realizes how the process led them somewhere unexpected—when they experience that “aha!” moment.
I thrive when I see teams engaged in meaningful discussions, debating, questioning, and bringing passion into their ideas. For me, great facilitation isn’t about simply guiding a process, but about stimulating curiosity, energy and deep reasoning.
There’s a common thread between teaching, consulting, and sports:
adaptability.
Whether I’m leading a strategy session, mentoring a creative team, or rolling on the mats in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, success depends on reading the situation, understanding the people in front of you, and adapting your approach.
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I learned an essential lesson: BJJ is a constant game of giving and taking, reacting and adapting. You need to relax under pressure, think clearly in stressful moments, and always consider multiple paths forward before making a move.
This principle applies directly to strategy and innovation:
This mindset shapes my workshops and consulting approach, where I help teams balance intuition and structure, using creative methodologies combined with strategic thinking.
I bring energy into my sessions—not just through storytelling but by helping teams dig deeper into problems, guiding their reasoning through powerful questioning. I love to push conversations further, unlocking different perspectives and uncovering hidden insights that lead to real breakthroughs.
My approach combines a wide range of facilitation techniques, always tailored to the specific needs of each client:
Energizers – Interactive activities designed to break the ice and spark creativity.
Mindfulness & Focus – Guided exercises that enhance reflection and strategic thinking.
Custom Techniques – A mix of proven frameworks and facilitation methods tailored to clients.
Creating a safe and confidential space is at the core of my facilitation. I ensure that every participant feels comfortable expressing themselves, challenging ideas, and contributing freely—without fear of judgment.
Privacy matters. I never share specific client challenges or discussions, allowing teams to explore ideas openly while ensuring trust and confidentiality remain intact.
This approach has led to some of the most fulfilling outcomes I’ve seen. In one startup innovation workshop, a team developed an idea that could revolutionize the engineering market—a solution that not only generated profit but also reduced waste and minimized environmental impact. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do: helping teams unlock ideas that make a real difference—while keeping their creative process protected.

I completed the accredited 5-Day Global Bootcamp at DesignThinkers Academy, an internationally recognized leader in human-centered innovation. This intensive program—facilitated by senior practitioners—equipped me with deep, hands-on experience in applying the Design Thinking framework to real-world challenges.
